There is an option for a phone call with each case submission. Follow-up imaging is encouraged when needed, with a discounted fee. We deeply care about your patients’ well-being, welcome open communication, and are always interested in discussing case outcomes. We want you to have us on speed dial and use us regularly as an extension of your patient care team.

Getting Started

Getting started with Dialogue Imaging is easy. There are no required contracts, startup fees, or minimum case requirements. Once you sign up with Dialogue Imaging and submit your details, a team member from our teleradiology platform, VetRocket, will reach out with connection information and assist in setting up image transfers and requests. After this is complete, you will not only have Dr. Hanna’s direct line for questions related to patient imaging/reports, but you will also have access to VetRocket’s support team to assist with any technical difficulties.

Service Details

We offer remote interpretation for radiographic, ultrasound, CT, and MRI studies.
24 hours maximum turnaround time for routine studies
2 hours maximum turnaround time for STAT cases
Option for a phone call for further case discussion
Service provided 8 am-5 pm PST Monday through Friday
- For same-day reports on Friday, submissions will need to be completed by 2 pm
  - STAT cases will continue to be accepted until 5 pm
